My dear friend and colleague Jane lost her husband recently and i was honoured to facilitate the Memorial in Queensland.

Jane wrote some lovely words about the ceremony:

“I wish to highly recommend Ingrid Studholme, who was the celebrant for my husband’s memorial service.

Ingrid brought a loving, sensitive, and flexible approach to co-creating a truly joyous celebration of Francis’ life. In the days leading up to the service, her conversations with my children and me helped draw out stories that revealed the complexity of his character. This process was invaluable, as it helped us prepare our own tributes and move beyond a simple list of milestones.

She managed every detail to make the occasion special—details that would have been overwhelming for us to handle at the time. This included setting up the welcome table, providing water for guests, arranging the seating into an intimate semicircle, suggesting readings, and expertly facilitating the formal ceremony.

Many guests commented on how personal and beautiful the memorial was, and we owe that to Ingrid’s care and professionalism.”
